 if you would like your unit installed, please fill "YES"  in the install note box. After your order, we will contact you to discuss available dates and prices. 
 
1) Whats Included?
ALL units include custom construction, lace customization, elastic band, wash, & style. 
 
2) How are prices calculated?
ALL CLOSURE UNITS HAVE A $170 Construction Fee no matter the length, amount of bundles, or style.
 
3) TURN AROUND TIME?
Because your unit will be custom and is made-to-order, please allow 3-10 days (exact number of days depends on availability) for your unit to be shipped out. During PRE ORDER, TURN AROUND TIME WILL BE LONGER. Once it is shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Contact us or view shipping policy for questions.
 
4) RETURNS AND EXHANGES?
WE DO NOT accept ANY returns on custom units. However, we do offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size. For bundle babes who have measured their heads incorrectly and ordered the wrong size custom unit, we will accept the exchange and reconstruct the unit for a reconstruction fee of $60. Please be sure to measure your head correctly in order to avoid this.
