RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections, we do not honor ANY returns. However, we do honor exchanges within FIVE days of you receiving your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, do not hesitate to email customer service at info.bribythebundle@gmail.com within 2 days of the receipt date. If the product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in ANY manner from its original state, we will not accept it for an exchange. In addition, we will not honor any exchanges if the Bri By the Bundle hair seal has been broken. According to the Federal law, due to hygienic reasons, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. If we determine that the returned hair has been altered, we will return the hair back to you. If the product has been returned unused and in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value per your selection. 


In order to return or exchange, you must contact us at info.bribythebundle@gmail.com first. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Bri By the Bundle will not be responsible for any lost returns. When returning your item, be sure to include a note inside of your package detailing the reason you returned AND your order number.
